About me
Michelle is currently serving as Acting Senior Vice President of the Trading & Markets Division at the Ontario Securities Commission. Michelle oversees a division which is responsible for infrastructure oversight in the areas of markets, clearing, SROs and derivatives. Prior to joining the OSC, Michelle served as the Vice President and Corporate Secretary at the Investment Industry Association of Canada for over 15 years. Michelle holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1997.
